We are an architecture firm who use monday.com to manage and track tasks during the day, and during specific [project] periods from beginning to end. The problems is that [everyone] is still not obligated to use it. It's just a tool that helps us.
Pros
- Organize - very organized and have labels that helps us to organize tasks.
- Fun to use - colors and bright UI/UX.
Cons
- The left panel is much too complex, even though they do it in order to keep all boards ordered.
- Hard to understand how [or where] I can see all my tasks/missions.
- You can't combine 2 accounts in a convenient way (such as a personal and business or 2 different business profiles)
In the beginning, not everybody used it, and it was pretty hard to implement. When all users start to use it and report through it, they understood that is important to share and update on monday.com so it can be a live tool that leadership, and even the average workers, can use to know what the situation in the office is like and which days are stressful or not.
