We are using monday.com for managing all the operational tasks across the organization such as finance, orders, administrative tasks, personal tasks, software adaptability tasks, etc.

  • Quicker turnaround to fix defects/bugs
  • One point of contact while resolving problems instead of random assignment of issues to various support staff

Extremely easy to use, when compared to many other software applications in the market. It has been easily usable for every staff member in the company and has been improving the user interface to make it intuitive every time.
Customer service is very quick and prompt. However, to get a rating of 10 from me, they need to work on understanding the incident description, clearly, instead of responding with FAQ answers. Also, the incident gets rotated to different people every time we email and they don't always read the entire thread of email to understand the background, while wasting time in asking questions for which the answers were already there in the email thread, below.
The reliability has been pretty good, except a few times when it was down, or when there were defects and we were not informed ahead of time. The account data backup feature is manual and laborious to use, in the event of an outage, for us to be prepared for business continuity. This is an area for improvement for monday.com.

It has been easily usable for every staff member in the company and has been improving the user interface to make it intuitive every time.

monday.com is well suited for an organization in terms of project management, task management, big picture visual tracking of personnel and tasks across the company (against the capacity and collaboration).

It is less appropriate for budgeting and resource capacity planning.
