Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Monday.com for task management across our event team, as well as automation of several important workflows and processes. We use it in our Events team primarily; it helps us stay consistent by running our processes the same way every time and by not allowing important steps to be missed.

Monday.com is programmable enough to be useful but it is also somewhat limiting in its ease of use.

Usability

Monday.com is very usable and very quick to learn. The software can be programmed by someone with very little programming skills, just experimentation, this means that the admin experience has an easy learning curve. The user experience is also good, and very intuitive, this extends out to the mobile applications as well.

Support Rating

I didn't require any user support, I put this down to the ease of use of the software. I
had already tested many other similar software products before
Monday.com so I would say that I was an above-average user and understood the programming and purpose of the software very well. I would note that there is very good online information though.

Reliability & Availability

I have had no problems with Monday.com being "down" or unavailable. I have experienced very good uptime.

Monday.com is very useful for small businesses who want to get a handle on controlling their processes and automating workflows. We have found that Monday.com did not fit our exact use case due to the complexity of our processes and business model, however, it still plays an important part in running out processes. I think this is true of most easily programmable software that doesn't require coding knowledge.
