Monday.com is being used across the entire organization. We are using it for project management and questionnaires for podcast interviews. It's also used as a repository for links, a CRM, program building, social media content planning, and more. It's a very versatile program to accomplish almost anything a business needs.

- How to best structure things isn't always clear and takes a lot of upfront planning.
- Not an easy way to duplicate items without copying ALL the information over.
- No easy way to switch between different companies if you have multiple clients that use it.
Uptime and reliability haven't been a concern for us. It's great to have a product you can rely on working, especially with critical business software that is used to run a business's operations. I'm pleased to say Monday.com has done a great job not only providing a great platform, but also a reliable one.
