- Easier to manage my projects.
- Saves a lot of time as I don't need to always do a check-up on what I've done, I can really trust that my boards are up to date.
We are using monday.com in our HR team. I use it every day for my to-do lists, and for all my follow-ups I need to do for every different project that I manage.
- You can use so many different status updates and I love it because as I work in HR, I usually have different status for every different employee.
- The colours make it so easy to read your boards fast as making it pretty.
- I love that we can export our boards in Excel and create automations.
- Make the automations more easy to find.
- Find a way to move items to other boards even if they don't have the same columns between boards.
The overall performance of monday.com I would say is perfect. I use it every day and it has never failed me! I don't often use the boards that are already made by the systems as I prefer creating my own and using my creativity to make them perfect for my needs.
