Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to organize project work across departments including civil, electrical, structural, and survey. We also use the tool to organize smaller teams to determine workload and task delegation. Overall we are able to provide high level views to our company decision makers. The tool is also used to organize committee meetings, tasks, and hold members accountable to update the committee members.

Usability

Automations are great, but can be a bit confusing. Integrations have a ways to go but continue to grow. Concerned about the cost and now having monday.com Apps Marketplace could add additional cost. Integrations and automations can be glitchy from time to time. Templates are a little slow at times but love that we can create company specific templates. The built in templates tend to give good ideas but aren't always explained well.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for workflow processes, project management, and resource allocation. Not great for HR management or billing tracking as the integration with billing apps isn't there yet. Also could use some work on the processing of large boards so it isn't as well suited for boards that require large amount of items and updates.
