- Huge time saver for both setup and for ongoing operations
- Real-time reporting features give great management insights
Our entire organization uses [monday.com] to manage product (tour) development, logistics, participant management, and even finances
- Filtering, sorting and searching is nothing short of brilliant
- Rapid creation of new Boards with rich template examples
- Automations and integration are top notch
- "Function" column type is very limited (e.g., manipulation of Time/Timestamp)
- Boards are too independent. Having better more functionality like a relational database would be beneficial in many use cases
- Native forms functionality needs improvement
Monday is very reliable. Only 1 (short) network outage impacted our usability in the past 2 years
