Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time - having more time to focus on other things
  • Less headaches from miss-organization or miscommunication
We use [Monday.com] as our organization's main calendar. I love that we can slot tasks by day and see things on a macro level for our organization. Really helps manage and delegate tasks while meeting time expectations. It's effectively decreased meeting times by running everything through different modules and automations.
  • Simplicity - everything is so easy to learn and get the hang
  • Quick learning curve - doesn't take long to master
  • Love that it works across my devices and web
  • Cost - a bit pricey compared to others
  • Gets way more expensive with more employees
It's incredibly intuitive. Things work the way you think they would and have even requested features before. I like that there's little learning curve to get used to it as it makes it easy for the rest of the team to get acquainted with the software. Wouldn't see us veering away from [monday.com] anytime soon
Responses have always been quick, courteous and resolved in a timely fashion. They even helped with covid and gave us a few months free when our business was struggling, so it seems they really do care about their clients. This app helped us get back on track and find profits during a pandemic
It's great, I have yet to experience any downtime or technical errors that stopped me from being able to use it. When I ran into some issues, the customer support and F&Q was able to answer my questions without a hitch overall super satisfied and happy with this software. My organization really enjoys being able to visually see our progress as we move along different campaigns.

[monday.com is] great if you run a small->med business and you have multiple facets that need organizing with multiple members of your org. It's an effective way to delegate and also stay up on tasks so you don't fall behind your goals. It's become part of our daily workflow to check [monday.com] and upload thoughts/brainstorms into boards we've set up
