I use monday.com to organize my professional and personal matters--from client pipeline tracking to training materials organization and sharing. Additionally, I have included personal management and group organization (alumni from my business school). monday.com is flexible enough to help me manage a wide variety of matters and share specific information across different groups.
- Productivity: Automation of project management target dates. It keeps you from forgetting important matters.
- Attention to detail: Manage subitems inside a given task, create the required level of detail for any given matter.
- Personalization: Focus on the individual requirements; easy to use for any kind of user.
- Flexibility: I have been able to include any matter that I need to manage.
- Complete subitems functionality.
- Calculations across different boards, which is possible now, still need to be more user friendly.
- Allow individual users; still have a minimum of 3 licenses to start.
Always up--they have a feature where you could see the status and last incidences. About the overall experience, I have no comments for the web version. In the mobile one, there are still some features to improve, but it's very good anyway.
