[monday.com] is being used for several purposes at our company- from assisting our enterprise clients in their onboarding and setup, content planning for our website and feature releases, or organizing and planning out sprints for our dev team.
Their releases can be a bit buggy at times, and sometimes it feels like releases can be holey- but their super fast service makes up for it and turnaround time for big issues is very impressive.

We have found that for the project we are looking to work on, searching not only Monday's own database- but other users' templates have proven quite helpful. However, due to our unique team structure, we do still find ourselves editing and changing these templates to fit our specific needs.
Best selling point for [monday.com]. Their support is fast, easy to understand, and most importantly- very helpful. I am used to waiting a few hours for support to get back to me- however with [monday.com], I usually find myself having to catch up to the speed at which they respond. Very impressive.
I don't think that [monday.com] has had a lapse in uptime since I have been using it ( if they did it must have been my lucky day and I was not online). Overall, Monday has streamlined our processes and allowed us to grow more as a company.

[monday.com] is a great way to help our global team ( who is working remotely) stay on top of tasks and allows our entire team to understand what the status and priority of tickets and tasks are. It helps everyone from our developers, to product team members, support, and marketing. It also helps our success team build workflows that our customers can then use.
