Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Better organisation and readability for the whole team
  • Helped us prove what we're actually doing; great tool to show the team's work
Our IT, marketing, PMO, and product teams use monday.com to order and follow up on tasks/projects to be done. We use it as a daily support.
  • Easily enter and describe new tasks
  • Provides you with clear information with a good UX
  • Notifications are good reminders
  • The inbox can easily get overwhelming
  • The sub items should be visible when their status is not done
  • Filters on # columns could be displayed directly in the table instead of opening a research box
It's a great, well thought tool. I know we're not using most of its cool features--mostly due to lack of time and also because nobody is actually responsible for setting up the tool and bring out the best in it.
I've never had to use it.
Working with monday.com has helped us structure our work and get a full picture of our team projects. It's become a new daily meeting that we read every morning to check on everyone's chores at the moment and what remains to be done.

Yes

It's good when everyone is on the bus and ready to write tasks. It's sometimes hard in an open space where people are used to asking directly for something to be done. It can also be complicated in a team where all tasks need to be monitored in advance and reviewed for approval.
