Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time savings in managing tasks and collaboration
We are using monday.com across the organization for task management, survey collection, data collection, forms (we have three in use), onboarding/offboarding people, customer service, service tickets--anything we can think of.

Pros

  • Lots of prebuilt boards and automations
  • Great user interface, very clean, easy to understand
  • Tremendous resources for training/help

Cons

  • There is a need for more boolean logic in the automations
Easy to use, easy to learn. Pre-built boards and automations are very thorough.
Sometimes fast (minutes), sometimes not (days). Clear answers, even if the answer is no. Good Q&A from the team.
No issues with either reliability or uptime. Once in a while, an automation doesn't execute, but it's hard to replicate.
