- Time savings in managing tasks and collaboration
We are using monday.com across the organization for task management, survey collection, data collection, forms (we have three in use), onboarding/offboarding people, customer service, service tickets--anything we can think of.
Pros
- Lots of prebuilt boards and automations
- Great user interface, very clean, easy to understand
- Tremendous resources for training/help
Cons
- There is a need for more boolean logic in the automations
No issues with either reliability or uptime. Once in a while, an automation doesn't execute, but it's hard to replicate.
