Here is what I have to say about monday.com
We have been using it for the past year as an all encompassing task management system and I must say I am impressed with the results.
monday.com is intuitive and easy to use, a few things that were a delightful surprise were the Automation and Integration features. We instantly started using Automation to help our task distribution and tracking and we saw a tangible increase in our productivity.
The UI is clean and very customisable. I've been able to adapt monday.com to our department's needs (QA) very quickly and with the help of the customer support, which I will discuss shortly, to even go beyond its scope of application. We were able to create test case suites, test plans and runs and quickly extract report data from them.
I have to say I am impressed with the customer support. They reacted swiftly and offered multiple resolutions in a single response, avoiding the need of constant back and forth communication. They went out of their way to present ideas for improvisation in areas which were not yet developed and were always open to offers for improvement.
Overall I am really impressed with monday.com and would gladly offer it to anyone looking for a management solution.

I've only encountered 1 technical issue with monday.com, which was forwarded to the dev team by the customer support, and it was resolved overnight. Overall it has been smooth sailing and we've only seen increase in our productivity this past year, in each department. monday.com has been easy to get into for new members and a delight to use since day 1.
