Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We are using monday.com for all of our business needs! I love it. I wish it was a little less expensive. However, its awesome. We use it for transaction management, as a CRM, and for social media.

- A consultant would be nice for the long term
- A new ideas webinar
- Collaborative workspace training
Some features really need somebody to help you figure them out. But if you pay for the enterprise account, you will have that. Otherwise, it's DIY, which can be time consuming. I suggest joining a Facebook community and also being on webinars!
My issue didn't get fully taken care of immediately--would have been nice to have somebody to call. I needed help with a billing issue and it took almost two days.
Very reliable--thinks as fast as you do. Instant updates. Get work done on the go, from the doctor's office, wherever. Ideas on use would be helpful!
