It has been deployed enterprise-wide on different markets to be used for active daily management. It streamlines escalations, reporting metrics, and enables swift problem solutions from different tiers.

monday.com provides resources available like video instructions, online instructions, and hybrid. The use cases are inspirational, and I try to mimic the related-industry applications in my own work. The automation is the star. It is easy to grasp, apply [on] my board, and even teach to my colleagues. Adoption has been swift because of the usability and flexibility of the app.
10 out of 10. Our customer success manager was awesome. She worked with our liaison and helped us figure out the best way to format our boards. I was supposed to be only a secondary user. However, since I have all the resources available to me that I can imagine (videos, actual person, etc.) I would self-define as a superuser. I only have good things to say about their customer support. Well done, monday.com team!
Since this is used for work OS, it enabled us to keep meticulous track of our issues and escalations for one. Our managers can address the escalations immediately. Our workflows are significantly improved with 'ticketing' systems that are quite easy to do using boards. I can even track hours I worked on a project (typically, I used a manual entry method) and even incoming and outgoing mail. [The] sky is the limit for what you can do.

I used to use To Do to manage my tasks. But with monday.com, I had more flexibility and efficiency because of the automation available in managing time, action items, and my project tracking. I [chose] 9 because we use A LOT of company apps already, and adding one more can be overwhelming. However, I find that my monday.com window is always open, which means I use it most, second to Outlook.

I am not aware, but their support is on-point, and it seems available 24/7. There was NEVER a delay in getting my issue fixed.
Yes - Yes, it was for my personal account, but it was resolved equally swiftly when it happened on my enterprise account (that I used for work). They were so detailed in answering my questions. They didn't just 'lead me to the water' (so to speak, if I were a horse). They gave me a glass with ice and gave me a straw. WHITEGLOVE experience
