monday.com is being used at our company to keep track of work tasks for both an individual basis and for group projects as well. The one thing that monday.com really helps our company with is organization of tasks, prioritizing, and who is working on what - for how long.

Pros

Cons

  • Mobile App UX.
  • Wish it was easier to use for people less technologically advanced.
monday.com is both very easy to use and is visually impressive. It really helps with putting the important information right in front of the user's eyes without them having to search through unnecessary integration features. Anything that you would want to use a task management program for, monday.com has it all.
monday.com is phenomenal when it comes to customer support. All of their support representatives are extremely knowledgeable of their product and a lot of them will show you some simple cool tricks that will make your work day organization a lot easier! They are very prompt and respectful when they talk.
Over the 3 years that my company has used monday.com, we have not experienced any bugs, features breaking, or downtime during crucial periods of our business. We have never had to reach out to monday.com customer support being something was not working as intended or we could not connect.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend monday.com to ANYONE who asked about it. It is a necessity to make sure your tasks are visually organized somewhere and prioritized correctly. One of the biggest issues companies have is figuring out what needs to be done and who is working on what. monday.com fixes ALL of that very easily.
