- Time savings in keep everyone informed about production status.
- More departments in the company have been asking about how monday.com will improve their tasks.
Here at the shop we use monday.com in the production department to track our assemblies it is very useful to have in one place the information of the status (fitting, welding, cleaning, coating) dates of start and completion, track QC checks, etc.
- It is super useful to keep everyone on the team involved and informed about the production.
- You can include notes or photos in every assembly if necessary and notify someone about any issues.
- The integration with excel is very useful here in the company to input information generated by other departments.
- We are currently implementing the QR integration with very positive feedback of our plant supervisors.
- One thing very stressful is that the QR integration doesn't generate file names with consecutive numbers - so if you download them in bulk, you lose the sequence.
- The QR integration generate the QR image in .png, which is not read by most label softwares - the best format is .bmp.
The fact that it's an online solution and functions almost the same on mobile devices [as] on PC is something very valuable that has made the usability and adoptability very easy.
