Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Just last year, we set up 25 new apartments in a property. Having used monday.com for other similar setups, saved us a TON of time for these new apts.
  • Over time and through use, our staff has learned of the benefits of this platforms which has raised the employee adoption considerably.
  • Management has a quick overview of the status of each and every project without having to individually ask for updates.
At Dharma, we onboard new properties with certain frequency. Monday.com helps us by assigning different tasks to the various departments and people that need to be involved in these onboardings. It's particularly helpful in these situations because it's very easy to just copy a preexisting setup instead of starting from scratch.
Another use case is when we start new projects that are specific to the departments. Very easy to keep track of the various tasks and timelines.
  • Displaying timelines is particularly helpful.
  • The connection to Slack is awesome.
  • Can't get any better than assigning tasks with just one click.
  • If the boards are not organized well, one can easily get lost.
  • Better categorizing of voards.
  • Ability to delete a board.
I can't speak too much regarding this as I have not found uses for the automation so haven't been able to try them fully to give a proper answer for this.
Similar to last question, I haven't had a single time I've had to call or reach out to support regarding any issues (nor any of my staff, that I'm aware). I guess that speaks volumes of the company in terms of the platform you offer since users don't have to constantly reach out to support.
Similar to last question as well, I've not had any issues while using monday.com. Emails with updates are always sent on time, not once have I been unable to use the platform because it's down.
In conclusion, overall performance is awesome. The page loads quickly, moving through boards as well, all very fluid. I love the interface.

This tool is great for projects that span months as the timeline feature is very helpful and clear. Delegating tasks is super easy and following up even more so.
We've had great success using this platform, it has helped us streamline our operations by quite a bit. Standardizing certain situations. It is especially useful for companies who have a lot of remote staff.
