Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to track all of our jobs. It is being used by employees across all departments in our organization. monday.com helps us keep all of our information in one place, making it easier for employees and customers find the information they need and also helps us communicate important information about the jobs.
  • Scheduling jobs.
  • Quality control.
  • Inventory tracking.
  • Automations can be difficult to use.
  • Not always easy to link different boards.
  • I find the mobile app can be hard to navigate.
monday.com is very user friendly. The few times I had trouble trying to accomplish a task, the help desk was always ready and capable of helping me out.
monday.com support is always willing and able to help when I need it. They are very knowledgeable, attentive to my needs and we usually come up with solutions to any issues we have. As well, if monday.com does not have a function I am looking for, the customer service people listen to what we want and they try and develop the function we are looking for.
monday.com features always seem to work as they are designed. It has helped us increase efficiencies in our operations. Great tool.

monday.com allows us to track jobs from start to finish. It is great that we can identify deadlines in monday.com, it really helps our busy shop keep a focus on product delivery.
One area monday.com is not so appropriate is for finance. Our finance department currently only use it to identify if a job has been invoiced, other than that there is little functionality for it.
