Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Transparency of work done across all boards.

Currently monday.com is actually used across the whole organization. This helps organize all the tasks in every department including tech, marketing and analysis with customized boards available in the portal. It helps all the people working across the company to get a know how what developments are in the pipeline in other departments. It also helps dedicate tasks to team members and keep a good track of work progress. monday.com helps us keep everything transparent and dynamic across all the people in all departments.

Pros

  • Very easy to use.
  • Access to all boards to stay updated with developments in all segments.

Cons

  • Can have overview of work in a timeline visualization.
  • Would like to have statistics of work on a monthly basis, just like we see in Microsoft Office Planner.
monday.com has the most intuitive user-interface I have came across comparing all the similar platforms. The interface is not at dull or boring and has exciting features and can track all the activities to get a know how of all updates made in the board. The templates really help set all the tasks in the orderly fashion.
Have not faced any issue requiring resource for the monday.com customer success manager, but based on feedback from other colleagues, I trust the customer service team of monday.com and can continue to use the platform without any hassle or worry. Couldn't be more satisfied as per the feedback received.
Overall performance of monday.com is pretty neat and have not faced any issue so far. Exploring other boards is also easy and does not take much time to load. It has all the necessary features and user-interface and does not require you to explore any other work management software.

Well suited for startups with few people working and have more responsibility. Helps avoid repetition of work by knowing if someone is actually working already on a particular task. Helps plan out the complete month as well the whole year in advance. Also great for small universities projects to categorize and delegate tasks to team members.
