Monday.com started in our companies marketing department and has now recently started to spread across the company.
It has helped the department get organized, keep track of big/small projects, and holding employees accountable.

Most members seem to get the hang of using Monday.com very quickly and easily. They understand the interface, how to add items, updates, columns. Some members do struggle with setting up automation and integrations.
I have never had an issue reaching out to Monday.com, they have always responded quickly with great answers. One time we had a billing mistake twice and they have helped us phenomenally, getting down to the bottom it and getting us what we needed.
Another item our team has had no issue with is reliability. It never crashes, updates are quick and painless, and the refresh rate always keeps everything current and up to date.

[monday.com] is great for companies looking to rally all teams and members together on one platform. When everyone is on board and willing to learn it helps grow departments, how members interact and how they tackle projects. When some members are wary to change and learning a new program, it can make it difficult to put Monday.com into full effectiveness.
