Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Easy set up of boards.
We are just getting into monday.com and will be using it to manage projects and personal tasks for our team. It will also help in creating more dynamic dashboards for reporting to leadership.

Pros

  • Managing tasks.
  • Custom statuses help for quick views.
  • Automations are easy to set up and very useful for managing the workflow.

Cons

  • Team management could be a little easier. Hard to add users to new workspaces without resending invites.
The widgets are easy to add and use.
Haven't had to use it yet, but looking at other support on help pages it looks like monday.com cares about the users. Thanks!
