We're using monday.com across our entire company. We were having issues with communication; namely, it wasn't always clear when deadlines were or who was assigned to tasks. Things were getting missed, employees were confused, and work quality was slipping. Monday.com has helped us to organize our projects and deadlines across multiple clients. We are no longer dealing with questions of who is assigned to what, or when items are due. The automations also help make sure deadlines aren't forgotten.

  • The calendar function can be a bit messy and hard to read, especially if there are a lot of tasks on one day.
  • It would be nice to have a few more tutorials for features like automation and board-to-board updates.
Monday.com is easy to learn (though a bit more tricky to master, since there are so many functions!), and overall very user-friendly and intuitive. In the past, our team has been slow to pick up on new interfaces, and we've struggled with employee adoption. We're meeting success with monday.com though, and anticipate that we'll have the entire team relying on it in short time!
So far, everything seems to be working as designed! Our team hasn't had any difficulties, which has made our experience using monday.com a breeze.

Monday.com is excellent for assigning tasks out to various staff members and setting deadlines for individual line items. It's also a great place to hold conversations about particular tasks or items so that the conversations don't get lost in a feed with other conversations. It's great for accountability as well. I can't think of a scenario where it wouldn't be appropriate; we've found it extremely useful in our organization.
