Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • We have saved valuable time in our projects always having monday.com as a resource of information.
  • Our meetings are always right to the point and we don't go off topic as much as before using monday.com
  • Having project boards where everyone can collaborate in one place has been a dream come true.
We use monday.com to keep our departments organized. We assign tasks through the app and keep each other updated on the status of each project. monday.com has become the central hub of information for our management team. We can upload quotes from vendors and other documents that require collaboration or approval. Our weekly manager meetings have become so much more streamlined and efficient since we started using monday.com. I would wholeheartedly recommend any company to use monday.com to help organize and better plan for their endeavoring future!

Pros

  • We assign tasks through the app and keep each other updated on the status of each project.
  • We can upload quotes from vendors and other documents that require collaboration or approval.
  • It's great that everyone can see current projects at once and use their expertise to help move things forward towards our goals.

Cons

  • The notification system can be a little confusing at first.
  • Sometimes you can get lost in the boards and subsections thereof.
  • It would be great to have sync capability with Google/Outlook calendars.
The interface is colorful and very intuitive. We haven't had any learning curves for anyone who has started using monday.com.
We have yet to need any support, but I assume their level of service is just as great as their product.
We haven't had any issues with monday.com being down for maintenance or trouble loading any of our board and projects. This has been a very reliable product, and we are very pleased to have it be apart of our work routine.

monday.com is very simple to use and really helps in the collaboration process of our projects. We have had a situation arise yet where monday.com hasn't been appropriate for the task at hand.
