Monday.com is super easy to use... and easy to set up. What's nice about it is pre-made templates you can build off from. Or create your own templates. Making tweaks as you use monday.com is what I like most... easy to make changes as to how we are using it or the features we want to put on monday.com.

Support Rating

Typically, great customer service and monday.com really strives hard to respond quickly and most of the time it's the same day I get a reply. Really appreciate that.

Reliability & Availability

I've never had monday.com crash, go down, or not be available for us to use. Their updates seem to be seamless and I've honestly never experienced downtime with the system... another great feature!
