Monday.com is used to manage workflow, assign work, and track progress - it is used across the whole organization. It solves all of our problems with organization, time management, and project management.

Usability

I give monday.com a 10/10 because it has all of the features I need, as well as the ability to organize them how I want and filter out the items that I don't want. It lets me completely personalize my workspace, and make it customized for each team that I am on.

Support Rating

This question is not applicable to me as I have not needed to use the customer service feature, but I have worked with our account manager to set meetings for onboarding, etc. when we first bought monday.com and he was a pleasure to work with.

Reliability & Availability

Monday.com has been extremely reliable. I believe there has only been one day where the platform was down for a couple of hours, but we were flagged that this was happening and it did not effect our productivity.

Monday.com is well suited for anyone who is working across a team. It keeps our communications clean and everyone knows what to complete within a specific time period. It helps keep my on track and hit all of my deadlines. It also keeps me organized, and lets my managers know where I am on a project, if I will need help, or more time.
