Return on Investment

Has saved a lot of time by knowing exactly what needs to be done daily.
Saves me the stress of having to go through emails to make sure all tasks are completed.
I'm much more organized now than probably ever before.
I was originally using it only for myself but everyone loved how easy it was to use and quickly became the go to for all projects.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Everyone is using monday.com on a daily basis. It helps keep projects organized, keeps me on top of what is completed, what is in progress, what I need to set up, everything really.

Pros and Cons

Organization - The platform makes it easy to organize tasks by project using boards and individual tasks.
Simple to use - It's very intuitive and easy to use and incorporate into your day.
Priced well - There are a lot of other task/project management platforms and although this one is a little pricier, it's worth it with everything it can do.
Automation - This feature is one of my favorites. I can automate tasks to start new tasks that are "revolving." For example, I have boards for social media monthly. I can automatically create a new board with the same items without having to do anything.
Integrations - monday.com integrates with a number of platforms including email platforms, other task management platforms, Dropbox, etc.

I would love to see more templates. There are a number of templates to use already but they could add some additional templates that do different things.
Social media - I can imagine how amazing it would be to be able to have our social calendar auto-post to social media.

Usability

It does all of those things really well.

I've run into a few issues over the past year and customer service always gets back to me quickly and solve my problem on the first chat. I did have one occasion when Covid first popped up in the US and businesses were closing but they still managed to provide great customer service within their time frame.

Reliability & Availability

monday.com is a great tool. It's never down, always works exactly as expected and is extremely reliable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a project management platform to use monday.com.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's well-suited for small to large organizations. When I originally started subscribing a little over a year ago, you had to pay for 5 users minimum. It has gone down to 3 users now which is helpful since we are a small business.
