It started as a tool for use by the procurement department to track requisitions from initial request until delivery. It allows management to see timelines and address issues before they become problems. It is expanding to the whole organization to allow for the creation of electronic requisitions which is extremely helpful in remote working situations.

- Membership vs. user - must be a member to contribute to the board, users can only view.
monday.com is the solution for my agency. It is far more efficient than using Excel and a calendar like we did previously. monday.com gives the ability to easily check the status of requisitions. It has cut done on the number of phone calls to procurement officers as the requester can now check the monday.com board and see the status of their request allowing the procurement officers to concentrate on procuring and not answering questions.
