Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a small PR and Marketing agency with all of its employees working remotely. monday.com has helped us all stay connected and on track with our projects and promotions. I personally love the visual layout, I like how everything is mapped out so you can see the progress of each project. It makes me so happy to be able to mark things off as “done” and it lets everyone know. No need for extra emails when something is completed. Everything is streamlined.

Usability

I am a very visual person; before using monday.com I had several calendars to help me keep track of all the projects I was involved with. monday.com has replaced my need for multiple calendars, reminder apps, and having to remember to send a "completed" email blast to my teammates. I appreciate it is easy to set up and notify the whole team of the completion of a project or campaign.

Support Rating

Customer service has been top-notch from the very beginning. I have always answered my questions in a timely manner. Set-up is fairly easy to figure out on your own, but there are very helpful forums and customer service representatives to help you out along the way. And I know because I asked a lot of questions in the beginning.

Reliability & Availability

This is the best work management software I have used yet. It has all the best features I look for in a tracking platform. The easy-to-read boards are very helpful for me to visually see where progress is being made. The workspaces are customizable and if you like things color-coded this platform is definitely for you!

I have already recommended monday.com to several work-from-home friends. It is great for keeping track of everything and beneficial for contractors who have several clients. I have not experienced any problems with this platform, and I love that it can connect to other programs we already use like Google Drive, Gmail, Zoom, and OneDrive.
