Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Positive ROI based on time saved from being able to be more organized.
  • Accountability for responsibilities & due dates are CLEAR on monday.com.
We use monday.com for just about everything amongst our Leadership Team and our General Managers across our entire organization. It has solved our issue of too many emails and communications being lost because of too many other modes of communication.

Pros

  • Automations & integrations keep the app clean and organized.
  • It's SO EASY TO USE!
  • Reduces our email communications.

Cons

  • Billing structure.
  • It is quite pricey.
  • The amount of features can seem overwhelming.
Would've given it a 10, but there are so many features that it's difficult to determine which ones I need/want/should use/shouldn't use.
Outstanding customer support.
In this day and age, there are so many technology solutions and "change" occurs all the time. Having a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy piece of technology (monday.com) provides us with the comfort of longevity and consistency.
