Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Increased efficiency.
  • Improved productivity.
My company didn't have a tool to help me manage the different aspects of my job so I purchased monday.com on my own. I use it to track several important elements of our sales and operations to include sales funnels, lease renewals and other action items. I have since expanded access to those boards to other team members to help organize data and communication.
  • Customization.
  • Enhancements.
  • Customer support.
  • Financial data.
  • Automations.
It is very intuitive though I sometimes struggle to figure out the best way to link boards or workflow.
The CS team is beyond responsive but my only challenge is the case gets assigned a new rep with each reply if I have a follow-up question.
I think there was only one time when I couldn't access it in the last 14 months which is great.
