We use monday.com to send deliverables to our client and capture feedback. It keeps all of the various marketing tasks organized and easy for the client to review. It's nice to have one central place that clients can go to check for deliverables instead of wading through hundreds of emails.

- Ability to mark up PDFs within the viewer.
- Ability to set up reminder emails to past due tasks automatically.
Everything has worked as designed. I haven't had any issues with quirks or projects not displaying as they should. The only issue I've experienced is some users not receiving their guest email invite, but I think that is due to email filters, not monday.com. Other than this issue, the transition has been fairly flawless. I also appreciate the desktop notifications since I work in multiple project management software platforms, and it's hard to bounce between these without the notifications.
