Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Saves time on setting up and onboarding new clients (2-3 hours per client)
- Keeps items from falling through the cracks (increased client satisfaction/retention)
- Avoids duplicating efforts of team members (1-2 hours/week)
We use Monday.com across the whole organization, and have some clients using it as well. It addresses training schedules for new employees, management of individual client projects, and overall client management. Employees use it to keep team members and clients up to date on where things stand and any changes in scheduling of deliverables.
Pros
- Very easy to see where a project stands
- Slack integration is great
- Creating and updating tasks and items is very easy
Cons
- Creating new boards and getting access to existing boards is awkward
Have not had difficulty with features working in ways they shouldn't or anything like that. Downtime has been close to zero (I haven't ever actually noticed any) and everything has been extremely reliable.
