Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use specifically in our account which contains a large amount of management and work volume. This drastically cuts down on emails and centralizes and streamlines our communication and meetings.

Pros

  • Assigning tasks to specific people
  • Streamline projects and deadlines
  • Better planning
From what I have used I have been very pleased - there are a ton of functions and templates I have not yet explored.
I have had to reach out twice for support and got response within 48 hours.
I have had no issues

It drastically reduced email traffic. Projects that have different people assigned to different tasks - some of which are dependent on other tasks being completed.
