Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • A lot of time saving! Work management is so much easier.
  • Easier setup of project.
It is used throughout the company, to manage all stages of a real estate transaction.

Pros

  • Simplifies task management.
  • Simplifies communication between employees.
  • Keeps us from forgetting the details on the tasks we have to do.

Cons

  • Notifications of upcoming deadlines are difficult to schedule (especially if English is not our first language). It should also have a way to preview them when doing programming.
Overall, I find it very good and practical. My issues are with the programming of the notification (for the deadlines) and with the fact that changing the theme of a column is sometimes a bit complex since the old column stays there and we have to delete it afterwards. It's really not big issues at all.
The last time I had to speak with you was two years ago, so maybe it has changed since then. I know that it took some time before someone responded to me, and it was an urgent problem. I had to stay 3 more hours at the office to fix it. So the support was great but I would have appreciated to have it a bit earlier.
Before we used monday.com, we had to physically write down the tasks we did, scan them, and send it to our colleagues at the end of the day (beforehand, we used to work side by side but then the enterprise grew and we were in different cities all of a sudden, so our system was far from good). So the positive effects monday.com had are invaluable. Our tasks are way easier to manage, we know who did what and it saves us a lot of time and headaches.

When you have to manage several files at the same time. When you have to communicate from one department to another, or simply between colleagues. Very practical for teleworking. When we have tight deadlines and there are several working on the same project.
