I love the ease of everything, the workspace and dashboard can be cluttered at times, it's good that there is a "Favorites" section so you can keep the main boards front and center. I think the overall workspace management could be visually more appealing, or have more tutorials about how to best visualize all your different spaces and boards.
No issues, whenever we've had questions they are answered effectively and quickly. They have a great library of resources that we can reference when setting up new boards or integrations as well.
It works perfectly and as expected. Some more dynamic integrations could help to upgrade the overall experience, but in general I'm very happy with Monday and it's been a very reliable resource for my entire team in a variety of ways.
