We use monday.com across the whole organization! It helps us to manage tasks, delegate tasks, prioritize tasks and organize plans for our clients. Often, clients are unclear about the path forward in terms of who is responsible for what and when certain tasks are supposed to happen. monday.com allows us to clarify these details and provide relief to our clients.
- It's appealing and integrative. You can connect to your Gmail and other popular platforms.
- The templates are clear, detailed and relevant.
- The customer support is accessible and the team is so friendly!
- It's easy to use and share.
- This is a hard question to answer; I'm not really disappointed with any areas in the platform. It would be nice to have a monday.com guru who could guide me in the creation of new templates and boards. There are still things I need to explore!
I find the features to be consistent and reliable. When I've had issues using the platform, (when it's sluggish and taking long to load) it's nothing that isn't fixed with a cache clear. I rely so much on the platform, I use it to plan EVERYTHING. This is high praise from an impatient creative like me.
