Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We started using it as a cross-department tracking and management tool; now it is used by 80% of the company with new boards created on a weekly basis for a wide variety of purposes from project management to logistics to production and material deliveries tracking. It definitely [has] proved to be an effective tool for sharing information, reducing the number of internal emails, and coordinating teams of 20+ people (particularly during the pandemic).

Easy to use even for people not so expert in new technologies. Typically, it only took a couple of sessions for initial training. Young people do appreciate the collaborative functions (even too much sometimes...). In general, the process of implementing new boards and functionalities became quite smooth. A useful suggestion is to appoint one or two "ambassadors" inside the company, since showing the platform's capabilities typically generates interest in other departments.
Very responsive, big variety of solutions ready on the shelf, willing to help through customized examples, possibility to suggest new tools or functionalities. In general they were ready to help every time we reached them starting from the Italian distributor (Mr. Francesco Fiorini at Omnidea). We are confident that the same level of support will also be available in case of future needs.
Very reliable, no significant downtime as far as I remember; we use it on a daily basis, 80+ people, approximately 30 boards across the whole company (plus probably some private ones which I don't have access to). As already said, probably some improvements on the desktop app would make the platform even more suitable, particularly when loading big boards with many pulses each.

Very useful for sharing information and tracking activities between different departments and/or geographic locations.

Some improvements on Gantt charts and Excel-like formulas might be needed. At the same time, some members of the [team] (e.g. Mac users) experienced sometimes bugs or slowdowns of the app, particularly when loading complex boards with 100+ pulses.
