It's so easy to upload docs, add tasks and mark them done or in progress.
Our managers can track our progress easily without wasting time on meetings.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

monday.com is a crucial tool in our department, it's used as a tracking element to follow every single project/task we have. On monday.com we have our organization's profile and all the employees have access to it under their own names.
We separate the IT team board, the copywriter's board, the translations board, the managerial and the graphic design one to keep an essential order, we always mark tasks as done and it's an excellent tool to track the company's advances. From the beginning monday.com was an excellent tool for me, even though it was my first time using it, it's super user friendly so one gets to know how to use the platform so easily.
So what can I say? I totally recommend Monday to all the small, medium and big companies which want to have an impeccable order regarding their projects, in my company it's totally essential and now I cannot think about working without it.

Pros and Cons

Division of tasks, including each participating party.
An user friendly interface, even for novices, it's really easy to work with.
Endless customization possibilities.
The mobile app works really well.

I would like the mobile app to notify me only when I am tagged in the specific task.
I would like to be able to add colors on the left side bar where you find the boards, to finde them easily.

Usability

as I mentioned on several occasions, that's the feature I love the most of Monday, its capability to be customized, the way it integrates itself with other platforms, the colourful and intuitive interfaces plus its cloud feature which allows the user to upload documents and links in a simple way so the rest of colleagues can reach it anytime.

Support Rating

To be honest, Monday has always worked so good that I haven't been in the situation of contacting the support team, but I assume they are equally helpful and kind!
That's why I cannot say a real experience, nonetheless, Monday works so well that users rarely need to reach the support.

Reliability & Availability

It is a simple platform, easy to use, fast and reliable, you can always count on it when you need to track your projects or get some previous information or data, it works excellently as a cloud and as an archive that allows you to collect all your information there, that way you can access it quickly and easily

monday.com is an amazing tool as I mentioned: user-friendly, colourful, customizable and a million things more. It is essential in my company and also in my workflow cause it's the best way I can think of to order my tasks, even uploading documents that I can find easily in the future as if it were a cloud, so all of these amazing features plus many other, make this platform an indispensable tool.

Monday should be called Friday! it's the best platform in the world!
