We currently use Monday.com across our entire headquarters organization. Mostly for project and task management, but also as a platform for internal communication.

Cons

  • Interface can get cluttered
  • Per-user pricing limits the number of people who can join
  • Mobile app is limited in functions, iphone doesn't update
It's straight forward and easy to customize. It's also very reliable!
I think I've only contacted support once and didn't have any complaints; issues were resolved quickly.
Central organization is key! The notifications and automations significantly eliminates extra work.
