Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Difficult to measure the ROI of Monday.com with how we use it. If there was/is a calculation formula that shows time saved = $ saved (ROI), that would be helpful.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Syncing with Gmail easily

Cons

  • Filters could be improved; filters seem straightforward, but they don't seem to always work as intended
  • Sorting function keeps resetting, even when saving settings
Very easy to use. Onboarding new users is simple.
I've never used customer support, so I cannot accurately give a score. I will keep it at 8 so it's neither a detractor or a promoter.
Reliability and uptime has been great. No issues.
