Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as a primary means of communication across our organization and it worked really well. Allowing for different designated "rooms" to communicate with makes it easy to connect employees with the information they need rather quickly so that they can perform their job with the most up to date information. The fact that everyone in the company can contribute this way ensures we all are on the same page.

  • Notifications can sometimes get lost in the weeds.
monday.com is very successful in how it can be used to organize tasks. It has made strides in how it allows for communication among team members, but can lack some features that other options have better interfaces for. Overall, I'd say monday.com is one of the best ways to organize specific tasks.
I personally have not had to contact customer support, but from what some of our staff have said it is a pleasant experience. The staff at monday.com are very considerate and willing to listen to user issues and work on solving those problems effectively. There are some features in terms of communication on tasks that could use some updates, but overall they are doing a good job on adding features.
It has made our deadlines and tasks accessible to the whole team so that deliverables are clear and understood. It can sometimes get tricky when things get updated on monday.com but then are not made clear to the rest of the team through other means of communication, but that can boil down to members not knowing where to check for the updates.

monday.com is best when used for streamlined projects where communication can be distilled down to specific tasks. When things become more ambiguous it can get tricky to organize things well. If a lot of communication needs to take place it can (usually) be easier to take things into a different communication tool and use monday.com for task completion.
