Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Easier setup of project management processes.

  • Efficient task management.
Now that we are all working from home, and each employee has to manage his/her time independently, there is truly a need for a management tool where the team's progress is seen in one go. Used by the Marketing department, this platform enables us to track, update, and optimize our work processes and activities. The ability to tag users who are accountable for each of the tasks is very useful, as it provides accountability.

Easy to use, and even your grandma can use it. It'll really make your team's processes efficient as there is no need for daily follow ups or micromanagement of team members. Instead, teams just update the platform as they go along, and everyone else can see their progress. The ability to create custom 'statuses' is also effective.
Given our current package of a basic plan, we have not used enterprise support yet as there is no need currently. This can be seen as two things: lack of support to optimize the platform OR the platform is just really easy to use that we don't even need someone to onboard us, just because it's really easy.
Very reliable. Have not experienced downtimes or issues with the platform so far in the last 6 months. It's always been up so far, and the email reminders have always gone through -- so experience is seamless.
