We use [monday.com] as a CRM to track new client leads at our law firm. [monday.com] allows us to customize the CRM interface to track our new client life cycle in a way unmatched by any other software, including legal practice management software. Since switching to [monday.com], our conversion rate, appointment numbers, and revenue have all increased by 25%. Clients no longer fall through the cracks, and the Monday dashboards provide us with important KPI that help us evaluate our business.

[monday.com] is very easy to use and get the platform up and running initially. Some of the nuances and customization to fit company-specific needs can take a bit of time to learn and/or implement. There are lots of training videos and resources on Monday's website, but that ultimately requires an investment of time to browse all the information to acquaint yourself with the platform. The time spent is certainly worth it, and I have found answers to all of my questions.
Any contact I have initiated with customer support has been responded to within a business day. I get a personalized response and the customer service team feels dedicated to answering my questions and providing the resources to ensure my problems are solved. When I have failed to respond to one of their service emails, they have followed up with me to ensure my problem was solved. I have been extremely happy with Monday's customer service.
[monday.com] works exceptionally well. The product does require some uptime to familiarize yourself with all of its capabilities and nuances. But there are plenty of templates and pre-made boards to allow you to hit the ground running. My experience with [monday.com] has been extremely positive and I have had a good bit of fun learning how to use the system to fit our company's needs. I highly recommend it to anyone.

[monday.com] is excellent as a CRM. It is also a fantastic project manager. Easy to customize and visually track clients, projects, leads, etc. I would highly recommend Monday to anyone interested in CRM, project or task management software. The learning curve and time spent in designing the platform to fit your specific needs can be a bit steep, but it is worth it in the end.
