Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Personally I think monday.com has made the grade of our initial objectives
- The ROI will be more tangible after year one of usage
- The more the platform is used, the easier it is to navigate.
monday.com is being used by the Human Resources team to track projects and tasks, keep others informed of one another's projects, keep our direct supervisor of not only what we're working on but if we are on track including our projected due date(s). Not only does it keep the team on track, but the user is also prompted to think about what they completed that day, week, month, etc.

- Can start immediately without little to no training on the platform
- Incorporates aspects of social media that is universal to most users
- Real time automation of daily, weekly, monthly tasks
So far, monday.com has been performing as promised. It is reliable and I have not experienced any "downtime" or interruption of service. I especially like the mobile app and the reminders. It definitely keeps one on their toes. I also enjoy how little time I have to take daily to update tasks and projects.
