- We have had a positive impact on our ROI with the time savings due to the ease of copying boards and keeping all project info together.
We are using monday.com across our entire organization. We assign and track work completed with times. With guest seats, we keep clients up to date on projects as well as gather their input. The software allows us to keep files, comments, updates, and time tracking all in one place.
- Having the ability to add clients as guests to keep them in the loop is fabulous.
- Once you figure them out, automations simplify and organize the work that needs to be done.
- The ability to be notified of items coming due in multiple channels makes sure that however, your team works best, there is a solution to keep them on track.
- I've been having issues aggregating time tracking for each person across all boards.
- The learning curve for setting up all the available automations can be a bit steep.
We have not experienced any issues with reliability or uptime. Still learning all the features available.
