monday.com is our internal project management tool having replaced Trello and Basecamp. It is a single project source of truth and incredibly useful for clients to be able to monitor the progress of their projects whilst seeing what tasks they need to undertake and if they are causing delays.
It is incredibly versatile, and can be configured to most use cases. If anything the versatility is it's only flaw as it does have a steeper learning curve than other project management tools we have used, all be it with a far better result.

- Project tracking for private and public projects, keeps everyone on the right page.
- Cost effective client guest access, easy for clients to use.
- Completely configurable, can interface and do so much more than any other product we have used.
- Onboarding could be easier, it is a very complex product and you need to spend time to set it up properly.
- Clearer differentiation between open boards (clients) and private staff boards.
- Better form integration for third party or client data entry.
monday.com has been a game changer, finally one tool that keeps us all on the same page, and ensures that we know the status of each and every project. It has been 100%reliable with no down time. We actually trailed it a few years ago, left and came back as we couldn't find anything as powerful.
On the disc profile I am a high D, so typically have very little patience / short attention span and enjoy creating processes more than complying with them. monday.com is the first tool of its kind I have enjoyed using!
