monday.com helps us organize our projects effectively and allows us to move projects around as well as assigning [them]. When a project is complete, we can easily move it to the complete section and it gives visibility to all marketing employees and the leadership team. The business challenge it is solving is the ability to effectively manage projects and keep track of deadlines.
Overall, it’s very easy to use. everything is color coded and you can assign different boards to different employees. You can download a spreadsheet to send and export. It is fast and friendly. Most of our team uses it on their phone as it has an app and allows for fast and seamless updating.
I haven’t used the support much but would imagine it to be good. I had a billing issue and the support was able to help me in a timely manner and provided the support I needed and was hoping for. Monday.com is a very new platform but host monthly webinars.

It’s user friendly enough for even a novice project manager to use while being robust enough for a PMP certified project manager. It gives everyone the ability to have line of site to all projects on the table, timelines, who it’s assigned to, how much time it will take and is flexible.
