Our company is using Monday.com to manage software projects, within the Human Resources department, for the moment. The business problem it is addressing is how easy it is to track projects and especially collaborate amongst other people within my company. The specific projects I am using it for are: implementing a new learning management system, implementing a new performance management system.
I literally logged into Monday.com and started playing around with it. I know there are tons of training videos, but I didn't need to use them because the tool is so intuitive to use. And when I need others to use the tool, I don't have to spend time training THEM on how to use it, mark a task complete, etc.
I don't think I have used Monday.com's support, however now that I know it is 24/7, if I have an issue I know it doesn't matter what time I need help.
I have never experienced an outage with Monday.com, but it is great to know that they are focused on ensuring great uptime and reliability.

Monday.com is very well suited for project management. I HATE using project management software where I spend all of my time getting the columns and tasks just right, only to have to adjust them later. I just want to see my tasks, who owns them, what the status is, any blocking issues and dates. Monday.com does an amazing job at that.
