Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • It's been able to keep better track of what people are spending their time on vs the return on that project so it's really helped our team optimise and reach certain benchmark metrics faster.
  • Employee adoption has been great. We have tried other platforms in the past that didn't really work well for other departments or for older employees who already had their ways of working. However, it seems with monday.com we finally have a software that works really well for everyone.
  • It's really helped us manage outsourced projects as well. We have found so many other companies we work with use the platform as well so we are able to create and share boards on projects that they can update along the way which has been super helpful. Especially when it comes to budgeting those projects because they have access to see what we have spent on what and what our overall budget is for the project so they can better manage the project from their end. It's also helpful for updates and meetings on those projects, again because everyone has access to it.
Monday.com is currently used by almost our whole company, from our CEO to our marketing team, to our R&D team. It helps us so much to be able to communicate across departments and in our own department as well as to prioritize and assign the right people tasks. It was super beneficial during COVID-19 while everyone was working from home around the country. We can stay in constant contact and reach all our or goals despite the pandemic challenges.
  • Its very easy to use, with a clean and colorful layout
  • Assigning Tasks and Time Management Features are my favorite
  • Being able to see what other departments are working on and plan our marketing tasks around it has probably been the most helpful part
  • Honestly, I have not particularly found anything I wish the platform did differently at this time.
Its one of the easiest and most well rounded platforms I have ever used.
Our customer success manager is there to help with anything and everything we need right away. Even though we really haven't needed to reach out for much, which has been great, we know if we do our issue will get resolved typically the same day.
It's been extremely reliable and has worked exactly as described to us when we got the software. It made us really enjoy using the platform to know that we can rely on it to help us rather than it being another thing in the way. We use other software in our company that has constant issues and it ends up making things more of a pain, so its really refreshing having something that is just always working to support us.
